Barry Woodard is a life long Resident of Clayton and Johnston County. He has served many Civic Boards and Non Profits throughout his career.

Woodard was twice awarded Outstanding Citizen and Achieved Main Street Champion from the North Carolina Department of Commerece.

Woodard is joined in HTR by his Partner and Cousin James Lipscomb. Their combined experience in real estate total 39 years and the Agents at Hometowne Realty are apart of their everyday lives and are family. Hometowne Realty represents the values that Woodard and Lipscomb embrace daily.
