Samantha DiGiovanni is a Broker and Team Leader with The Sam DiGiovanni Team and HomeTowne Realty in Clayton NC. Sam relocated to North Carolina in 2010, with her husband and two kids and she has fallen in love with life in the Triangle! Before moving here, she lived in 8 cities and 6 states across the Northeast and Midwest. She’s no stranger to moving and all it entails, but she can honestly say, North Carolina is her favorite place to call home. Before becoming a real estate agent in North Carolina, she was an agent in Rhode Island for several years. In addition, she worked in Banking and Finance for over 10 years and received her MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. She has a passion for working with people and truly enjoys helping them meet their financial and real estate goals. She believes in hard work and brings her knowledge, reliability, and most importantly, complete honesty to every transaction. Samantha has worked with buyers, sellers, builders and investors; she has helped folks relocating to the area; and she has worked as an on-site agent in new construction. This diverse experience, coupled with her financial background, allows her to guide all her clients through a smooth real estate transaction. When Samantha isn’t showing a home or on a listing appointment, she can usually be found watching her son on the soccer field, or at the pool cheering on her daughter.
